Behcet's disease is characterized by four major symptom which includes oral and genital ulcer, skin lesions, ocular lesions and minor symptoms which includes joint, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurologic, pulmonary symptom, etc. Venous thrombosis is a common manifestation of vascular involvement in Behcet's disease. The pathogenesis of thrombosis is more related with vasculitis than clotting disorders. In Behcet's disease, deep vein thrombosis occurs more frequently in male patients when pathergy test is positive and erythema nodosum is present. We report a case of deep vein thrombosis associated with Behcet's disease.
